Herb Roasted Thighs
New to my menu this week are my herb roasted thighs. Simple yet delicious. I use to just make this for special requests only but I decided to add this to my menu. These are oven roasted thighs coated with my blend of spices and olive oil. Each order consists of 20 thighs. $40 per order.

Birthday Cake Alternative
Lately, I noticed that my clients and friends have been ordering more cupcakes from me instead of buying birthday cakes. So, as an option, I told them for a small nominal charge, I can make those little birthday tags. Seems to have clicked. Pictured below are my chocolate cupcakes (the ones with pink icing) and ube macapuno cupcakes (the ones with the purple icing).

Vegetarian Pancit Canton Sotanghon
Last Thursday, a friend of mine asked me if I could make a vegetarian pancit dish for him. So, I decided to put a vegetarian twist to my pancit canton sotanghon. It basically consists of Canton noodles, vermicelli, bok choy, Chinese Mushrooms, carrots, and scallions cooked in vegetable broth. It can feed at least 12 people and sells for $32 per order.
Ube Macapuno Cupcakes
Made some changes to my ube macapuno cupcakes. I decided to add more macapuno and more ube. I personally think that it is yummier than my original recipe. Each order comes with 24 cupcakes, no more and no less. C$32 per order.

Pancit Palabok
I don't eat much Filipino food but when I do, one of my favorite dishes is Pancit Palabok. I decided to experiment with this Filipino dish one night and I was so happy with the out come.
For this dish, I used the traditional Filipino palabok noodles. They are fat white rice noodles that resembles spaghetti. My palabok contains shrimps (shell off), lean ground pork, squid (I use small squids so that they are nice and tender), and a shrimp based sauce. It is garnished with crushed pork rinds, scallions, and eggs. An order would safely serve at least 12 people and sells for C$55 per order.

New to my menu this fall are my red velvet cupcakes. When one of my clients found out that I was making red velvet cupcakes just for my home consumption, she wanted to order some for her family. So, I decided to add this to my 2012 fall menu. An order comes with 12 cupcakes and sells for C$12.50 per order.
